Job Summary

Lead project management and site coordination for large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring multidisciplinary integration and effective stakeholder collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects by coordinating site activities and resources to meet project timelines and quality standards in large-scale civil and infrastructure works
• Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems to maintain project progress and compliance with specifications
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to guide construction execution and decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels using strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to ensure alignment and project success
• Lead coordination of multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages to identify and resolve interfacing issues promptly
• Negotiate and manage conflicts to maintain productive working relationships and project continuity
• Prepare clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and reports to communicate project status and issues
• Utilize MS Office tools proficiently to support project documentation and communication
• Work independently and as a team player to handle fast-paced and complex project environments with self-motivation and drive

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a relevant field recognized by the PEB / BOA of Singapore or equivalent accreditation acceptable to the OIC
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 8 years in the construction industry
