Interaction - UX/Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and establish a shared vision.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
• Balance product strategy and functionality to align with business objectives and user needs.
• Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Harmonise processes and user experience journeys by translating user needs and business requirements into design outcomes.
• Clearly present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user-centric thinking.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency by maximising design methods, processes, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in user research, product design, and UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design skills.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and environments.
• Proficient in user-centred design frameworks/ design thinking
• Good to have: Experience working in an agile set-up.
• Good to have: Experience with COTS products and customisation.
