We are looking for Intelligent Process Automation Specialist for a leading financial services organization's Digital Business Transformation team and play a pivotal role in driving automation and AI-enabled initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience across the private banking domain.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, tech-savvy professional to lead end-to-end Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) projects, from robotics and workflow automation to AI-driven solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead IPA initiatives using RPA, AI, chatbots, workflow orchestration, and cognitive technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into actionable automation solutions
- Map as-is and to-be processes, manage UAT, change management, and production rollout
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and governance compliance
- Provide structured updates to leadership and steering committees
- Support operational oversight of live automations and ensure effective incident resolution
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of private banking processes and client lifecycle (preferred)
- Experience in process automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
- Solid skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination
- Familiarity with RPA, AI, workflow automation, OCR/IDP, and cognitive technologies
- Ability to document requirements, define user journeys, and map processes
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and collaborative mindset
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
