Meta's Integration and Transformation Manager supports the Integration & Transformation Leader of Global Culinary as a trusted business partner and project leader. This role manages the portfolio of Global Culinary initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned, projects are tracked, and leadership has the information and narratives required to make effective decisions. The role is designed for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment - balancing project coordination, operational rigor, and executive support. Acting as connective tissue across Global Culinary, Central Operations, and partner teams, this individual will bring clarity, structure, and follow-through to transformation programs and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate Global Culinary's project pipeline, including transformation initiatives spanning menu innovation, operational efficiency, and diner experience, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Drive progress tracking, accountability, and reporting for active projects across culinary operations, food safety programs, and vendor partnerships
- Support special projects on behalf of Global Culinary leadership, applying project management discipline to deliver measurable outcomes
- Support the I&T Leader by managing commitments, tracking progress, and preparing leadership materials, helping to manage commitments, track progress, and prepare leadership materials
- Partner with Global Culinary and Central Operations leaders to develop and track OKRs and measures of success, ensuring alignment with Workplace Services and Meta-wide goals
- Partner with SMEs to optimize and maintain meaningful business metrics - including diner satisfaction, food cost management, sustainability goals, and program utilization - to support decision-making
- Support oversight of dashboards and trackers that provide visibility into progress against OKRs and project milestones
- Help translate complex data and updates into clear, concise, and actionable reporting for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across culinary vendors, facilities partners, and regional teams, reducing duplication and surfacing risks
- Prepare communications, presentations, and updates that clearly articulate priorities, progress, and outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations
- Experience organizing and tracking multiple concurrent projects using structured tools and data analysis to drive decisions with proven ability to prioritize competing projects based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
- Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders through presentations, written updates, and data-driven narratives
- Ability to create clarity and structure in ambiguous situations
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of food safety standards, sustainability practices, or vendor management in a culinary context
- Experience adapting project plans and priorities in response to shifting business needs and timelines
- Proven success in building partnerships and influencing without direct authority
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, business reviews, and portfolio reporting
- Experience in culinary operations, food services, hospitality, or corporate services
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
