SGX FX is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join our Integration team in Singapore. This role is suited to fresh graduates or candidates early in their career who are keen to build technical skills in electronic FX trading, client onboarding, and platform support.

SGX FX is a fintech electronic trading platform focused on foreign exchange, connecting global buy‑side clients, banks, and liquidity providers. We operate a high‑performance trading platform and are continuing to grow our teams to support increasing business demands.

Key Responsibilities

. Support client onboarding and integration activities for SGX FX buy‑side clients and Liquidity Providers

. Configure and support client connectivity using FIX protocol

. Investigate and resolve client and internal support enquiries

. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Development teams to deliver solutions

. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities

. Maintain documentation and follow operational procedures and controls

Requirements

. Degree in a STEM subject (Engineering, Mathematics, Science) or Computer Science

. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience

. Experience using FIX protocol is an advantage

. Basic Linux/Unix skills

. Some programming or scripting experience preferred

. Basic understanding of networking and connectivity concepts

. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

. Good written and spoken English

. Interest in learning new technical skills across different disciplines

. Interest in financial markets, including FX or other asset classes

. Must be eligible to work in Singapore

Learning and Development Opportunities

This role provides exposure to financial trading technology and client workflows. You will receive training in FIX protocol and gain hands‑on experience working with development teams and a broad technical stack including XML, SQL, TCP/IP, REST APIs, and various programming languages.
