We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end system and data integration initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing ecosystems. The role involves managing integration implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange between enterprise systems and partner platforms.

• Manage end-to-end integration projects from planning through deployment and post-production support.
• Coordinate integration design, implementation, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Oversee data flow monitoring, error tracking, triage, and resolution to maintain operational stability.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, solution architecture, and external partner teams to ensure successful integration delivery.
• Drive issue management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and escalation processes.
• Ensure integration solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and production readiness activities.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance standards.

• Strong experience managing enterprise integration projects and programs.
• Knowledge of API integrations, middleware platforms, data pipelines, ETL processes, and system interfaces.
• Experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft or similar platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and governance practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Integration Project Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering system integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience managing integration testing, deployment, and operational support activities.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange frameworks, and enterprise integration architecture.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are advantageous.
