Role Summary
The Integration Lead / Architect designs and anchors the technical architecture for FircoSoft WLM, Sanctions Screening, and upstream/downstream integrations across Mizuho's APAC environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for WLM ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and export flows.
Map source systems WLM Screening Engine Reporting layer.
Design integration patterns: SFTP, MQ, API Gateway, batch pipelines, encryption, PGP.
Lead technical workshops with NTT Data Japan AML team and LexisNexis consultants.
Own Solution Blueprint, Data Flow Diagrams, Interface Control Documentation (ICD), and security design.
Oversee data transformations, match rule configurations, list structure harmonisation.
Guide deployment: UAT environment setup, patching, failover testing, performance optimisation.
Define operational handover model and release procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years in Integration Architecture, with strong AML experience.
Hands-on technical experience in FircoSoft Suite FSC, FFC, WLM.
Expertise in sanctions screening data models, list structures (UN, OFAC, HMT, EU, Local Lists).
Strong understanding of UTF-8 cleansing, fuzzy matching, alias structures, and PEP/negative media enrichment.
Experience orchestrating large-scale AML platform migrations.
