*****Base salary between 120-150,000 DOE, up to c20% bonus & equity upside upon sale*******

Our client is a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed Life Science / Technology company with truly a global footprint, at a pivotal moment in their journey. Headquartered in the Far East with operations across Europe & the US, they are seeking a dynamic Integration Director on an 18-24 month Fixed Term Contract to lead transformative initiatives that drive operational efficiency and prepare the business for exciting growth opportunities including potential M&A activities and likely exit within c2 years. This role will be based in Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia.

Role Overview:

As the Integration Director, you will be a strategic change leader responsible for:

  • Cost Optimization: Implementing initiatives to enhance financial stability and reduce operational expenses.
  • M&A Preparation: Leading due diligence and transaction support to prepare the business for acquisitions.
  • Post-Merger Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of acquired businesses and driving value creation.
  • Support potential sale process: ensuring business is optimally positioned for exit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost-out initiatives and establish robust financial controls.
  • Prepare for acquisitions with due diligence assessments and integration strategies.
  • Manage complex integration processes post-acquisition, maximizing performance and synergy realization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 5-10+ years in senior finance or integration roles, with hands-on experience in M&A cycles either from achieving Senior Manager/Director level in a Big 4/Top 10 firm Transaction Services team or a Finance Director/CFO level candidate who's delivered similar PE backed business acquisition/exit readiness projects for SME companies with global operations
  • Skills: Strong cost optinization, financial modeling, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record in transaction-intensive settings, experience in Life Sciences or BioTech is a plus. You possess exceptional leadership qualities, cultural agility, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
