Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.
- Monitor and maintain integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance, ensuring availability and data flow integrity.
- Maintain and improve workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems.
- Maintain and monitor Knowledge Management platforms, ensure system stability, support user access issues, and coordinate integration with other applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Engage in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
- Support change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5-9 years of experience in application/platform development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform is required.
- Candidate with experience in workflow engines (i.e. Nintex, Power Automate), and knowledge systems (i.e SharePoint) will be at an advantage.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations.
- Familiar with cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to engage users, manage expectations, and drive resolution of platform issues.
- Organised and self-driven, with good coordination skills to support multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
