Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payment team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases. Responsibilities 1. Based on industry/market/user insights and considering the characteristics of global e-commerce, analyze and develop long-term campaign plans, including key milestones, hotspots, major promotions, etc. Design integrated marketing strategies and approaches for international credit payment services (BNPL) to enhance core metrics such as BNPL's GMV. 2. Build an operational system that serves the lifecycle of user segments for BNPL, including user acquisition and user engagement, tailored to specific scenarios. Drive the establishment of touchpoints, marketing tools, and marketing benefits repository to improve business conversion efficiency. 3. Monitor and attribute the progress and effectiveness of existing traffic touchpoints and daily operational activities. Expand collaboration opportunities with internal and external partners to acquire additional traffic sources. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement new growth strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years and above work experience in user growth operations or integrated marketing operations in the BNPL payment or e-commerce industry. 2. Clear logical thinking, strong business acumen, self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset, team player with the ability to actively drive business collaborations. 3. Ability to independently manage projects, strong skills in program design and data sensitivity, excellent resource integration capabilities. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to collaborate across departments, passionate, creative, and responsible, with personal insights and experience in marketing strategies. 5. Proficiency in data analysis, ability to identify and solve problems through the analysis and synthesis of various operational data. Preferred Qualification - Over 1 year of relevant experience in managing a team.
