Your Role in VT Markets
As our Go-to-Market & Product Manager within the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will serve as the strategic driver of marketing initiatives that scale both our B2B and B2C activities globally. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the single point of contact for marketing execution, coordinating seamlessly across Business Development, Strategy, regional marketing teams, and external partners to bring campaigns and products to market. You will lead the development of market and product marketing plans, oversee the creation of marketing collateral, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize multi-channel campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Build market product/marketing plans.
- Serve as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
- Coordinate the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
- Lead development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
- Coordinate with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and trends to guide marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to create new multi-channel marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results.
- Coordinate with external partners (suppliers etc.) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Manage the development and manage fulfillment of collateral and brand materials. Ensure content is regularly updated and accurate.
- Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions.
- Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs.
- Liaise with Design team to manage implementation of content & campaign materials.
- Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
Job Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience with advertising campaigns and integrated marketing across multiple channels
Technical and Functional Skills
- Strong analytical background with ability to use data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and guide strategy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing automation, Google Analytics, Power BI preferred
- Experience in marketing material preparation from brainstorming new initiatives through implementation
- Previous marketing experience developing and managing automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns preferred
- Previous marketing experience with alternate funding arrangements preferred.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with stakeholders based in China
- Driven, passionate and independent worker who is also a great team player
- Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to serve as point of contact for marketing issues and resolution
