Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Lead offline acquisition for driver-partners and vehicle lessees through offline acquisition

  • Design activation mechanics that convert physical exposure into qualified leads or bookings

  • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with corporates and vendors

  • Design co-marketing initiatives that deliver measurable demand or supply leads

  • Own partnership execution-from concept and contracting to on-ground rollout and post-mortem analysis

  • Own brand execution across all physical assets, including fleet branding collaterals, signage etc

  • Ensure every offline touchpoint reflects the brand's premium, concierge-led positioning

  • Plan and execute branded events, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns
  • Track performance against defined objectives (leads, sign-ups, partnerships initiated)
  • Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and field execution

  • Manage external vendors, promoters, and agencies for activations and roadshows

  • Maintain a hands-on presence at key activations to ensure execution excellence

  • Ensure offline initiatives are fully integrated into broader go-to-market strategies

  • Be physically present at or directly oversee live activations, roadshows, or partner locations

  • Maintain daily communication with active partners

  • Identify immediate upsell or expansion opportunities within existing partnerships

  • Validate that leads from activations are correctly submitted and documented

  • Work with sales / operations teams to ensure timely follow-up on offline-generated leads

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in a integrated, offline or field marketing role

  • Proven experience executing on-ground activations, events and partnerships

  • Able to commit a 5.5 day work week

  • Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM, Saturday/Sunday, 10AM - 2PM)
