Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Manage campaigns end to end, from briefing through planning, setup, coordination, execution, and reporting.
  • Translate briefs (including ambiguous and evolving briefs) into clear campaign plans and next steps.
  • Build and manage timelines, track dependencies, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate across planning, activation, operations, finance, and reporting teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Strategy & Planning

  • Work with strategy and senior team members on key regional and tentpole campaigns.
  • Ensure plans are practical, executable, and correctly adapted across multiple APAC markets.
  • Balance regional frameworks with local market requirements and nuances.
  • Work with local market teams across APAC to integrate local media plans into cross-regional media plans and campaigns.

Managing ambiguity & problem-solving

  • Bring structure and clarity to open-ended briefs, incomplete inputs, or changing priorities.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or dependencies early and flag them proactively. Propose solutions when timelines, budgets, or inputs change.

Client & stakeholder management

  • Act as a day-to-day client contact on assigned workstreams.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with regional and local client stakeholders.
  • Manage status updates, timelines, and expectations in a professional and calm manner.
  • Prepare and present campaign updates and results with guidance from senior team members.

Team support & mentoring

  • Manage and support juniors, providing guidance on campaign execution, prioritisation, and quality.
  • Review work, provide clear direction and feedback, and help build confidence and capability.
  • Foster strong ways of working within the immediate team and with offshore resources.

Operations & reporting

  • Ensure campaigns are set up accurately and follow agreed processes.
  • Work with ad ops resources to ensure correct implementation and QA.
  • Lead reporting and post-campaign reviews, helping translate results into clear findings and learnings.
  • Maintain strong documentation, trackers, and process hygiene.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-6 years media agency experience working on integrated media, preferably with prior experience working on major regional client accounts. Hospitality experience a plus.
  • Proven experience in regional campaign management (SEA and APAC); China experience is a plus.
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior team members.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in media planning and/or campaign management, ideally across both digital and offline channels.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline planning, coordination, and follow-through.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and bring structure to open-ended briefs.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working on regional or multi-market campaigns, ideally within APAC. Some experience mentoring or supervising junior team members (formal or informal).
