Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Present insurance products and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok/Instagram, to increase insurance awareness and engage with potential clients.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with insurers and internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate seamless client experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or CFP/AFP candidate preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive and have a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong presentation, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Licensed in life insurance and general insurance.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a similar role.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
