  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Present insurance products and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok/Instagram, to increase insurance awareness and engage with potential clients.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with insurers and internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate seamless client experiences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or CFP/AFP candidate preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Licensed in life insurance and general insurance.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a similar role.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
