  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including handling policy renewals, changes, and administrative tasks.
  • Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and insurance providers.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products.
