Insurance Managers ( Product & Marketing )

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the development and maintenance of customer-facing insurance materials in line with brand guidelines and business requirements.
• Review and coordinate product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits, distributor materials, marketing collateral, and digital content.
• Ensure all product and marketing communications are accurate, consistent, brand-compliant, and ready for regulatory review.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Distribution, and other stakeholders to deliver materials within agreed timelines.
• Support product communication and distribution activities across the Singapore Life & Health Insurance market.
• Ensure consistent application of insurer branding standards across customer and distributor touchpoints.
• Coordinate updates to materials based on product changes, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
• Identify and resolve content, branding, compliance, and communication gaps before publication or distribution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the Life & Health Insurance market, preferably with an insurer or insurance-related organization.
• Experience in insurance product communications, brand governance, marketing collateral, and distribution support.
• Good understanding of Life & Health insurance products, customer communications, and distributor-facing materials.
• Experience working with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Distribution teams in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of insurance branding standards, regulatory requirements, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and manage multiple customer-facing materials simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Insurance Suite or similar insurance platforms is an advantage.
