Insurance Executive (Automotive)

Our Client, in the Automotive Industry located in the Central has opening for Insurance Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison between Sales Consultants & Insurers regarding quotes/ referrals
• Generate quotes from insurers/underwriters for new car, renewals / non-franchise, commercial vehicle, Motorcycle
• Issue Cover Notes for registration / delivery of vehicles for Operating Units
• Perform Credit card deductions as well as daily settlement of credit card machines
• Undertake monthly reconciliation of SOA and follow up on unreconciled items.
• Generate reports for monitoring purposes
• Prompt & timely follow up on No cCaim Discount issues/ payment failures/ cancellations/ refund matters.
• Adhere to TATs stipulated by SOP guidelines
• Manage and resolve customers enquiries / issues in a timely manner via phone-calls, emails, and F2F when required
• Identify & propose new processes to improve operational efficiency & effectiveness
• Working cohesively with other teams/stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
• Regular update to line leader/manager on all activities relating to the role
• To provide guidance and support on assignment to backend team's daily workload where required
• Handle all other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management or Equivalent
• CGI Certification
• 2 years of motor insurance experience
• Wide knowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage
