Job Description

  • Source, identify and develop new business, clients management, and business retention.
  • Understanding clients business, enquiries, insurance needs and propose suitable insurance advice & solutions in a timely manner.
  • Support Insurance Broking Head to ensure the department's smooth operation and execution of all broking activities.
  • Liaise and build strong professional and ethical relationships with insurers, clients and internal staff.
  • Ensure timely risks placement with insurance company and see through to complete policy issuance.
  • To assist CEO, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handling correspondence with various stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Always maintain reachability internally and externally.
  • Ensure proper records of policies, quote slips, placement slips and correspondence with clients and insurers.
  • Ensure compliance with all stakeholders.
