Job Role: Insurance Broker, Major Corporate (Senior Manager/Director)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Relationship Management / Account Servicing / Leadership
• Responsible for client relationship management and business retention for Corporate Risk business
• Experienced in handling Major Corporate insurance, specifically in Property and Casualty; Marine and Logistic related insurance will be advantageous
• Overseeing a portfolio of accounts
• Coach and mentor junior brokers on efficient account management and effective client relationship management.
• Collaborate with other divisions, leveraging on in-depth knowledge of internal service and product offerings, market trends and developments against the business requirements of individual accounts.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and insurers
• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team culture within the division as well as across the company

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• With a minimum 8 years in an insurance broking firm or similar capacity
• Enjoys working with people and building relationships with people
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented - meticulous approach to tasks
• Experienced in managing a team will be an advantage
• Experienced in MNC accounts and/or handling tenders
• Strong communication skills the ability to articulate thoughts clearly in both writing and speech (English is required; Mandarin is an advantage)
• Sound knowledge & good understanding of local statutory insurance requirements
