Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Administration

  • Manage motor insurance policies for leased vehicles / external vehicles

  • Monitor and process insurance renewals before expiry

  • Prepare insurance quotations and comparisons

  • Liaise with insurance companies and brokers

Claims Handling

  • Coordinate accident reporting and claims submission

  • Follow up on claim status and settlement

  • Liaise with workshops, adjusters, and insurers

  • Maintain proper documentation for all claims cases

Compliance & Record Management

  • Maintain updated insurance records and policy schedules

  • Ensure compliance with company and insurer requirements

  • Track excess payments and insurance recoveries

  • Update internal system with insurance details

Operational Support

  • Assist customers with insurance-related enquiries

  • Support road tax renewal coordination

  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum N, O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in motor insurance or insurance admin

  • Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims procedures

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vehicle leasing or automotive industry

  • Familiar with Singapore motor insurance practices

  • Experience liaising with insurers and workshops
