Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/live chats
  • Resolve relevant stakeholders complaints and problems at first touchpoint
  • Update details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Assess appeals and put up recommendation to the team
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in the Insurance sector
  • Proficient in MS Office
