Instrument & Control Engineer

Job Scope

• To plan, lead & supervise maintenance activities and engineering projects on process instrumentation (including control valves, shut-off valves, field & rack-room instrument, process gas chromatograph analyzers).
• To plan, lead & supervise maintenance activities & engineering projects on Distributed Control Systems (including Yokogawa Centum CS/VP system and Honeywell TPS/Experion System), PI Historian system, Safety PLCs and Advanced Process Control systems.

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably a minimum 2 years of experience in handling process instrumentation & analyzers, process controls, computer systems/servers
• Entry level university candidates in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering disciplines will also be considered
• Resourceful and analytical in problem solving
• Good written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and report writing.
