About the Course

Vertical Institute's Data Science Course equips learners with practical, real-world skills in:

• Python programming for data analysis
• Data manipulation using NumPy and Pandas
• Exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Machine learning techniques such as regression and classification
• Integrating AI into data workflows Classes are conducted live via Zoom, typically on weekday evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and hands-on live online lessons in Data Science
• Teach core data science concepts with a focus on:
• Python fundamentals
• Data wrangling with NumPy and Pandas
• Exploratory data analysis
• Supervised learning (e.g., regression, classification)
• Guide students through projects and real-world datasets
• Provide clear explanations of technical topics for beginners
• Foster an engaging and supportive online classroom environment
• Collect and act on student feedback to improve course delivery

Requirements

• Strong background in Data Science or related field
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Scikit-learn or other machine learning frameworks
• Jupyter Notebooks and basic AI integration
• Excellent verbal communication and teaching skills
• Proven ability to break down complex technical topics for beginners
• Comfortable with Zoom facilitation, with a reliable home setup (camera, mic, stable internet)
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is a plus
