JobDescription
- Assist in producing e-learning materials (PowerPoint slides, infographics, playbooks, animations)
- Content will be provided, to conduct content analysis, identify gaps in information, ensure accuracy in capturing learning objectives
- Work closely with in-house designers and developers to ensure content is accurately translated into interactive bite-sized content
- Generate PowerPoint slides as training materials based off interactive bite-sized content
- Any other ad-hoc QA required for the project
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Instructional Designer or Learning and Development (technical experience e.g. Storyline is not required)
- Experience creating slides and working with PowerPoint
- Able to critically interpret feedback and exercise judgment in fine-tuning and adjusting bite-sized content
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work quickly in fast paced environment
- Detailed and meticulous to ensure content is transferred fully and accurately, animations, links, formatting are inserted correctly
- Experience working with technical topics will be a plus
Requirements
- Singaporeans and SPRs are eligible to apply
- Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote work is allowed)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Contract period: Immediately available for a minimum period of 3 - 6 months
