Senior Individual Contributor / Regional Pioneer Role
About the Role:
Be the first senior Prime Brokerage sales hire in Singapore, helping grow the APAC presence. Partner with the London team, drive client acquisition, and build long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Prime Brokerage & win new institutional clients across APAC
- Manage client relationships end-to-end & grow wallet share
- Lead pitches to senior clients & represent the firm at events
- Collaborate with global teams & shape regional sales strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years institutional sales or prime brokerage experience
- Strong knowledge of trading, financing, or brokerage solutions
- Proven success with senior decision-makers
- Self-starter, client-focused, fluent in English & Mandarin
Desirable:
- APAC hedge fund, family office, or broker network
- Asia-Pacific market experience
- Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian language skills
