About Sanctum

Sanctum is Solana's largest staking infrastructure provider. Over the past five years, we've built the infrastructure that lets institutions earn yield on their SOL, power staking products for their customers, and access the fastest-growing blockchain in the world. Today, over $1.5B in SOL is earning yield via Sanctum. Our partners include NASDAQ-listed digital asset treasury companies, top exchanges, and leading DeFi protocols.

Solana has just started. Solana processed over 3.4 billion transactions in February 2026 alone. Spot SOL ETFs have pulled in $1.5B since launching in July 2025, with half the assets from institutional filers. These players are accumulating SOL and they need a best-in-class partner to earn on it, stake it, and build products around it. We're building the desk that serves them. We need the best people to go get them.

The Role

This is a closing role. You find institutions, get in the room, and sign deals. You'll work under our COO, owning your pipeline end-to-end first contact through signed agreement through live integration.

Target partners include banks, fintechs, exchanges, custodians, wallets, asset managers, NASDAQ-listed digital asset treasury companies, and ETF issuers across APAC and beyond.

A concrete example: X BANK starts offering SOL to clients. You identify the opportunity, get in the room, and close Sanctum as their exclusive staking infrastructure provide. That's the kind of deal this role exists to find and close.

What You'll Do
  • Build and work a pipeline of institutional targets from scratch banks, exchanges, custodians, wallets, funds, ETF issuers
  • Own the full deal cycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing, launching
  • Show up at the right conferences, roundtables, and bilateral meetings across the region
  • Represent Sanctum credibly to CFOs, Heads of Digital Assets, and compliance-minded buyers
  • Surface market intelligence, objections, and whitespace opportunities back to the product and strategy team
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for two types of people.

Path A Crypto Native You've worked at a crypto infrastructure company, custodian, exchange, or protocol. You understand how institutional crypto workflows are built and where staking infrastructure fits. You've navigated compliance processes, sold to treasury desks, and know what it takes to get a Fireblocks or Anchorage-type to move.

Path B TradFi Fluent You come from banking, asset management, or financial services. You know how big institutions make decisions, who the real stakeholders are, and how to earn trust with compliance-conscious buyers. Crypto is newer to you that's fine. Your edge is knowing how to build trust with buyers who don't move fast and need a reason to.

Either way, you are:

  • Relentlessly driven you follow up obsessively, you don't wait to be told, you hate leaving deals on the table
  • Passionate and hungry - you want to learn, and are excited for the future of digital assets
  • Fast you move quickly, iterate, and don't let perfect be the enemy of closed
  • Credible you can hold a room with a CFO or Head of Digital Assets and earn their respect
  • 24 years into your career with a good concrete track record you have evidence of deals closed, not just managed

You do not need to be a crypto expert. If you understand how institutional finance works and can build trust with sophisticated counterparties, we want to talk.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary. Beyond base, there is meaningful upside through token grants and bonuses tied directly to what you build. Full medical and dental coverage provided.

This role has a clear progression path within Sanctum's contributor framework.

Location & Travel

Based in Singapore or Hong Kong. We have a home office in Singapore you can work out of. This role requires regular travel across APAC conferences, client meetings, and getting in rooms that matter.

You will need to be comfortable being on the move.
