Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
• Install structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, and flooring
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and roofs
• Repair and maintain existing structures and fixtures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
• Work with other construction workers such as electricians and plumbers
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and durability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter in construction or related field
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
