Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and fit electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and fixtures

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layout plans

• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components

• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Work closely with electricians, supervisors, and other trades on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter or similar role

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings

• Physically fit and able to work at heights if required

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certification or vocational training in Electrical Engineering

• Experience in construction, industrial, or commercial projects

• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations

Work Environment

• Construction sites, factories, commercial buildings, or maintenance facilities
