In charge of making sure that the signalling system is installed in conformity with the Basic and Detail Designs, the installation procedures, the QA/QC system and the Time Schedule in place and cost.
Report on all technical aspectsabout Detail Design and NCR from supplier.
During the installation, he/sheis required to organise the tasks, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly done and controlled.
Have to alert and report to management on any concerns related to the joband especially regarding: EHS, Quality, Access, Customer requirement, etc.
Responsible for the onsite Quality Plan & EHS Plan implementation.
Ensuresites are properly stocked with test tools and thetest tools are periodically calibrated as per Alstom's standards.
Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to installation results.
Develop productive relationships with client's teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.
Plan and schedule site Installation activities in accordance to the project schedule.
Prepare method statements and risk assessments for the installation and decommissioning activity.
