Equipment Inspection Engineer/ Technician (Work in China)
Job Descriptions:
- Operate a variety of inspection equipment according to operational specifications, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Analyze inspection data to identify defect rates and investigate potential root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality inspection equipment.
- Provide on-site support by utilizing MQE data, DFM guidelines, specifications, and Manufacturing SOP.
Job Requirements:
- Inspection Equipment Experience: Proven expertise in operating a range of inspection tools, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement devices, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Specialized Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using dimensional inspection equipment such as Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Measuring Machines (OMMs), as well as surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.
- Software Skills: Proficient in CAD, 3D modeling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communication: Effective in liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders in China.
