Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Lawyer – 3–6 PQE

Join a market-leading Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team at a top international law firm based in Singapore. With a truly global presence, this firm advises the worlds leading corporations, financial institutions, and investment fund managers.

The opportunity

Based in our clients Singapore office, youll work alongside recognised leaders in the field, advising on complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional matters. Expect a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious financial services work, insolvency mandates, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters.

What youll do

• Advise on contentious insolvency, restructuring, liquidations, receiverships, schemes of arrangement, and debt recovery.
• Represent clients in complex commercial disputes, injunctions, asset recovery, and enforcement matters.
• Work with insolvency practitioners, banks, corporates, directors, shareholders, and HNWIs.
• Advise on regulatory investigations and compliance issues.
• Contribute to business development and help grow the practice across the region.

What were looking for

• Commonwealth or Irish-qualified lawyer with 36 years PQE.
• Strong academics and commercial drive.
• Solid technical skills with relevant industry knowledge.
• Business development mindset and experience engaging clients.
• Offshore experience is an advantage but not essential.
