Recruit, onboard, and structure an effective inside sales team in collaboration with HR.
Lead, motivate, and coach Inside Sales Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure daily lead generation targets are achieved through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities.
Monitor lead quality and conversion performance to improve sales strategies.
Track and report daily lead generation and sales metrics.
Design and conduct onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
Organise role-play sessions, product knowledge training, and sales skills workshops.
Evaluate training effectiveness based on performance improvement and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and weekly performance reviews.
Monitor pipeline progress and conversion rates using CRM tools.
Prepare sales performance reports with improvement recommendations for management.
Oversee sales tracking to ensure accurate commission calculations.
Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure timely and accurate incentive payouts.
Track team incentive structures and achievement of targets.
Set and manage individual and team KPIs and OKRs.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds quarterly revenue and sales targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
