Job Description

Working Location: Singapore (primary work base), with a work arrangement in Singapore and at the Johor office, subject to business and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and structure an effective inside sales team in collaboration with HR.

  • Lead, motivate, and coach Inside Sales Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Build a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead Generation & Sales Strategy

  • Ensure daily lead generation targets are achieved through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities.

  • Monitor lead quality and conversion performance to improve sales strategies.

  • Track and report daily lead generation and sales metrics.

Training & Capability Development

  • Design and conduct onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.

  • Organise role-play sessions, product knowledge training, and sales skills workshops.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness based on performance improvement and conversion ratios.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and weekly performance reviews.

  • Monitor pipeline progress and conversion rates using CRM tools.

  • Prepare sales performance reports with improvement recommendations for management.

Commission & Incentive Management

  • Oversee sales tracking to ensure accurate commission calculations.

  • Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure timely and accurate incentive payouts.

  • Track team incentive structures and achievement of targets.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Set and manage individual and team KPIs and OKRs.

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds quarterly revenue and sales targets.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
