Job Description

Location: One-North

Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through proactive outreach, pipeline management, and tender/quotation support. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys a mix of remote selling, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and grow accounts through phone, email, and digital engagement.
  • Support field sales in targeted accounts and expand under-penetrated segments.
  • Manage tender and quotation processes, ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM, and provide reliable forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and product teams to generate opportunities.
  • Engage with customers digitally and occasionally in-person for relationship building.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in inside sales, customer-facing roles, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with tender/bid processes preferred.
  • Strong communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with effective time and pipeline management skills.
