Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow accounts through phone, email, and digital engagement.
- Support field sales in targeted accounts and expand under-penetrated segments.
- Manage tender and quotation processes, ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM, and provide reliable forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and product teams to generate opportunities.
- Engage with customers digitally and occasionally in-person for relationship building.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience in inside sales, customer-facing roles, or sales support.
- Familiarity with tender/bid processes preferred.
- Strong communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with effective time and pipeline management skills.
