About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our business growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building opportunities through proactive outreach, and is motivated by KPI achievement and commission earnings. Prior sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous, but not required.
Candidates with 1 year or less of experience are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company solutions and identify business opportunities
- Perform proactive outreach to generate qualified leads and create new pipeline opportunities
Appointment Setting &Follow-Up
- Arrange meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions for the sales team
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and progression
Pipeline Management
- Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline through structured follow-ups and opportunity tracking
- Support lead nurturing activities to increase conversion opportunities
CRM Management
- Accurately update customer interactions, activities, and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics CRM)
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of pipeline stages and next actions
KPI Achievement
Work towards and achieve KPIs relating to:
- Outbound call activities
- Appointments secured
- Qualified leads generated
- Pipeline value created
- Conversion Support
Requirements
- Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines
- 1 year or less experience is welcome to apply
- Prior sales experience in construction or manufacturing sectors is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with outbound calling, appointment setting, and customer engagement
- Highly motivated to achieve sales targets and KPI performance
- Strong self time management and prioritization skills
- Organized and meticulous in follow-ups and activity tracking
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
