Inside Sales Representative

Salary: up to $3,800 + Commission
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:
. Process and manage customer orders via phone/email, including order entry, fulfilment coordination, and delivery updates.
. Drive sales through cross-selling, product recommendations, and understanding customer purchase history.
. Follow up on quotations and leads to convert opportunities and secure orders.
. Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery risks, backorders, and customer enquiries.
. Maintain accurate reports on orders, backorders, and customer communications.
. Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer needs support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Studies
. 2 to 3 years of relevant sales support or administration experience
. Proficient in MS Office applications
. Good interpersonal and communication skill
