Inside Sales Representative Support #ESY

Job scope:
Internal Operations

• Coordinate with overseas teams to obtain quotations and clarifications for offshore and onshore service parts inquiries.

• Handle customer and internal queries, resolving technical and commercial issues with Sales when needed.

• Enter quotations and orders into CRM/ERP systems and ensure all commercial terms (LC deadlines, shipment terms, lead times) are met.

• Prepare order acknowledgements, raise purchase requisitions, and work with Logistics/Purchasing on order processing.

• Liaise with the factory on delivery schedules and arrange shipments to customers.

• Research item requirements, calculate pricing with input from Finance, Logistics, Sales, and overseas teams, and maintain accurate service parts records.

GS Sales Support

• Provide service parts quotations and clarifications via phone, email, and fax.

• Review and confirm commercial terms in line with company policies.

• Support aftermarket sales teams, customers, agents, and other sales staff as required.

Customer Support

• Offer technical and commercial guidance to customers.
• Assist with basic parts recommendations and advise on critical stock levels.
• Follow up on pending quotations and update customers on their status.
