Spaceship is a venture-backed startup based in Singapore. We provide door-to-door valet storage, self-storage, 3PL logistics, and eCommerce order-fulfillment services. In addition, we are building a network of shared co-warehousing / micro-urban fulfillment centres to enable people and businesses to store inventory, operate day-to-day, fulfill orders, and ship products to their end customers.
We are looking for strong & highly driven inbound sales professionals. This is a fast-paced role.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategies across all our business products to companies, individuals, and eCommerce business (Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok Sellers).If you are a highly driven and motivated team player, this may be the right opportunity for you!

What you'll be doing
- Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly revenue targets and occupancy targets
- Manage the pipeline of inbound leads, assess their requirements, recommend the right product, and communicate our value proposition succinctly
- Schedule demos & site tours with qualified leads, close deals, and support the onboarding process of new users
- Refine and improve the inbound sales process, our CRM, sales documents, and automated workflows to improve the sales conversion funnel
- Build partnerships with key players in the e-commerce value chain to strengthen our value proposition to the Users and enhance the member benefit program
- Provide onboarding support for new customers, continue to engage our users, and achieve renewal targets
- Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts of pipeline opportunities and prepare relevant sales reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and community team to enhance the value proposition and user experience
- Be a positive Spaceship brand ambassador, and confidently communicate our value proposition and services to existing and new customers and other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
You have/are:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, real estate, or self-storage.
- Highly motivated and driven with a proven sales track record
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
