Assist to manage all stages of sales cycle including: generating quote, liaising with technical staff to answer customer enquiry, follow up opportunity and project implementation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and/or customers to ensure smooth transaction.
Process sales orders and monitor order status.
Follow through with all post-sales processes, including preparing document (DO/agreement) for order, raise billing request and etc to ensure end to end service rendered to customer.
Maintaining client purchased records in system accurately.
Conduct customer visits with sales AM when required.
Support other post-sales including billing, collection etc when necessary.
Requirement
At least 3 years of sales related experience in System Integration Service Provider
Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management, sales & Marketing or Equivalent
Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics(Business Central)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft office
Commitment to excellent customer service
Being proactive and goal-oriented
Possesses good attitude towards learning and improving
Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
This role requires proficiency in the Japanese language to effectively communicate with Japanesespeaking clients
