Job Scope
The Inside Sales Representative will support the sales team by generating new business leads through outbound calls to manufacturing contacts. The role focuses on introducing the company's products and services and qualifying potential opportunities for the sales team. No direct selling or deal closing is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential manufacturing clients to generate sales leads
- Introduce products and services in a professional and engaging manner
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities
- Develop strong communication skills through ongoing training and exposure
Requirements
- GCE O-Level/ Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
