The Purpose:
Responsible for maximizing business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing business within a Sales team environment.
The Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain healthy pipeline coverage in line with business objectives.
Manage and develop customer account relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support account planning, new business development, and execution of account strategies.
Independently manage lower‑value and transactional opportunities from qualification through to closure, with a focus on portfolio expansion and deal velocity.
Support and manage assigned sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, including basic project coordination, pricing support, solution alignment, sales closure activities, and coordination of technical demonstrations where required.
Analyze potential new business opportunities and market developments, and proactively initiate customer engagement to pursue identified opportunities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Commercial Team Lead.
The Requirement:
Min of 3 years relevant experience in IT industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G suites.
Experience in Salesforce CRM.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in B2B, B2C phone-based sales role.
No reluctance to make outbound calls (cold, warm) to prospective leads.
Proactive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent relationship building skills.
