Job Description

The Purpose:

Responsible for maximizing business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing business within a Sales team environment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain healthy pipeline coverage in line with business objectives.

  • Manage and develop customer account relationships to support sustainable business growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support account planning, new business development, and execution of account strategies.

  • Independently manage lower‑value and transactional opportunities from qualification through to closure, with a focus on portfolio expansion and deal velocity.

  • Support and manage assigned sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, including basic project coordination, pricing support, solution alignment, sales closure activities, and coordination of technical demonstrations where required.

  • Analyze potential new business opportunities and market developments, and proactively initiate customer engagement to pursue identified opportunities.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Commercial Team Lead.

The Requirement:

  • Min of 3 years relevant experience in IT industry.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G suites.

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM.

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Previous experience in B2B, B2C phone-based sales role.

  • No reluctance to make outbound calls (cold, warm) to prospective leads.

  • Proactive attitude.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent relationship building skills.
