- Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing contacts
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- Support lead generation and customer outreach activities
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Comfortable speaking with different types of contacts over the phone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and other languages is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
