About The Role

Inside Sales Representative supporting the sales team in developing and managing customer opportunities, following up on inbound leads, and coordinating with internal teams throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in developing and managing customer opportunities.
Follow up on inbound leads, customer enquiries, and existing opportunities.
Work with customers to understand requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and other internal teams throughout the sales process.
Maintain customer, pipeline, and opportunity information in CRM.
Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
Support account development and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and other commercial activities.

About You

Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, or B2B technology sales.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Customer-focused and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Experience in IT infrastructure, data center, cloud, networking, or technology solutions is an advantage.
