Inside Sales & Procurement Coordinator

You'll be the operational backbone connecting our customers to our suppliers. That means managing the full order cycle - from initial quote to final delivery - while keeping purchasing, inventory, documentation, and reporting running smoothly.

What you'll do

Sales & customer support

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and all customer-facing documents

- Process orders with accuracy and follow up proactively until delivery

- Manage and grow a portfolio of direct house accounts

- Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues with professionalism and care

Purchasing &supplier management

- Plan and place purchase orders aligned to sales demand

- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and lead times with our supplier network

- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective, on- time delivery

- Monitor stock levels and consolidate shipments to optimise costs

Operations &administration

- Maintain accurate records, filings, and operational documentation

- Produce regular sales, procurement, and inventory reports for management

- Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional support as the business needs it
