Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Manager at Stone Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads by qualifying prospects and preparing accurate quotations and proposals aligned with customer requirements to advance sales opportunities.
  • Drive the sales cycle from quotation to closure by managing renewals and identifying upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and uncover new business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to translate client requirements into actionable project scopes, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts to support accurate business performance tracking.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and professional follow-up to enhance client retention.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and client presentations that support sales objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or Information Security.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably within IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills demonstrated by articulating value propositions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
