about the job

  • Lead the inside sales team to drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Perform market pricing analysis and leverage technological opportunities to increase cost efficiency
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and make sales presentations
  • Gather insights to customer's needs, market trends and competitors activity, and develop sales strategies to increase sales
  • Provide appropriate product information to meet customer needs and support upselling
  • Increase customer engagement and enhance work processes
  • Address customer complaints and use customer feedback and engagement to evaluate sales and product effectiveness
  • Collaborate with inter-departments to develop sales and marketing campaigns

job requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in marketing, business or related fields
  • Min 4 years relevant experience and proven track records in sales
  • Hands on experience with data analytics such as Salesforce / CRM software and MS office applications
  • Candidates experienced in the relevant industries (energy, power, electricity, gas etc.) are highly preferred
