About The Role
What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support the handling of inbound leads for Aspire's Employer of Record (EOR) product
- Assist with customer research and preparation for discovery calls and product demos
- Learn how businesses hire internationally and navigate global compliance and payroll challenges
- Help track and update leads, notes, and activity in the CRM
- Use modern tools (including AI-powered tools) to improve research, follow-ups, and overall productivity
Customer Onboarding Support
- Assist customers during early onboarding stages, including documentation collection, coordination, and follow-ups
- Support internal teams to ensure a smooth setup experience for new EOR customers
- Learn how global payroll, HR, and employment workflows operate in practice
- Help identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes using automation and AI tools
Business & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and compliance teams across the business
- Learn how SaaS + services companies close and deliver complex, global solutions
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, internal processes, and operational efficiency
- Experiment with AI tools and modern workflows to support day-to-day execution
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, Economics, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and modern collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- Interest in startups, fintech, SaaS, or global business
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to sales, customer success, marketing, or operations (internships, projects, or student organisations)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Interest in HRTech, payroll, or international employment topics
- Curiosity about using AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving
