Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system
- Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in Lighting Sales and/or related industries, experience to works with Interior Designers, Developers is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Adaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic + commission + allowance (discussed further during the interview), 5 days, hybrid work arrangement
