Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Inside Sales Executive to support customer relationships and business growth across the APAC region. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting order fulfilment, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with Sales Engineers to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and account development activities.
  • Re-engage existing and dormant accounts to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Support sales pipeline development and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order management activities.
  • Secure repeat business and assist with straightforward sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and internal stakeholders to support customer requirements.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and facilitate effective communication between customers and technical teams.
  • Share customer feedback, market insights, and account updates to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
  • Monitor and track performance against KPIs and business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, inside sales, customer service, sales support, or technical sales roles.
  • Experience working with industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, process, or engineering-related products
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and within a regional environment.
