Inside Sales Executive (Car Rental)

Our client is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support the car rental/leasing business. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales (New Customers)
. Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls and outreach
. Conduct calls to understand customer needs and generate qualified opportunities
. Arrange appointments and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
. Manage and track leads using CRM systems
. Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion

Account Management (Existing Customers)
. Manage relationships with existing and key accounts
. Act as main point of contact for leasing and contract-related matters
. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
. Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades and additional services
. Ensure smooth customer experience throughout leasing lifecycle

Requirements

. Diploma in any discipline (or relevant experience)
. Experience in inside sales / customer service / tele-sales preferred
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
. Ability to manage multiple leads and accounts
. Familiar with CRM systems is an advantage
. Knowledge of automotive / leasing industry is a plus

Additional Salary Information

. Performance bonus based on sales & account rentention KPIs (up to approximately 2.5 months)

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
