About the Role

This is an inside sales / telesales role focused on engaging customers via phone and digital channels. Candidates with experience in automotive sales, aftersales, call centre, or telesales will find this role highly relevant, as strong communication and customer handling skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

. Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls, inbound enquiries, and follow-ups
. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities
. Manage customer interactions and leads using CRM and sales platforms
. Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the Sales team for follow-up
. Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and accounts
. Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and basic service-related issues professionally
. Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, or additional services
. Work closely with internal teams to improve sales quality and customer conversion

Requirements

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
. Experience in automotive sales / aftersales, telesales, inside sales, or call centre roles is an advantage
. Comfortable with phone-based sales and customer interaction
